This is a sterling silver saw work piece I created as a birthday present for my friend Harry. I like the bold shapes used in poster art, so the experiment was whether that could come across in a layered design. There are three layers, with Kong and Fay Wray in the positive on the top and New York's sky line in the negative on the second layer.
